Military Tribunals - Lt. Eric N. Shine - 2008

Lt. Eric N. Shine USNR is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point in New York. Kings Point is a Federal and Military Service Academy and sister academy to West Point and Annapolis . FDR stated in 1943 at christening of the academy that Kings Point would serve the US Merchant Marine as West Point serves the military and as Annapolis serves the Navy. Lt. Shine will be talking about the use of military tribunals upon American civilians right here in the United States by the Coast Guard.
